Apple iPhone 5 has a 4.0" LED backlit IPS TFT capacitive touch screen with pixel density of 326ppi. The phone runs iOS 6 operating system with a A6 processor and PowerVR SGX543MP4 GPU with 1GB RAM. The phone has dimensions of 123.8 x 58.6 x 7.6 mm making it 18% thinner than iPhone 4S because of its in-cell touch screen technology. The phone also weighs just 112grams, making it 20% lighter than the iPhone 4S.
